Yes, we provide all necessary sewing machines, tools, and materials. Campers are welcome to bring their own sewing machines if they prefer.

The camp runs for 4 weeks during the summer. We offer multiple sessions to choose from, with each session covering the same curriculum.

Camp hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Extended care options are available upon request.

Safety is our top priority. All our staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and we have strict safety protocols in place, including a secure check-in/check-out procedure and a low camper to staff ratio.

All volunteers will have to  submit a background check in order to volunteer at the camp.

Yes, we provide all necessary sewing machines, tools, and materials. Campers can’t bring their own sewing machines.

No prior sewing experience is required! Our camp welcomes beginners as well as those with some sewing knowledge. We adapt our instruction to meet each camper’s skill level.

There are many ways to get involved with Im Sew Fantastic! You can volunteer your time as a mentor or workshop assistant, donate sewing supplies or financial support, or sponsor a child to attend our summer camp. Absolutely! We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and skill levels. Whether you’re an experienced seamstress or a complete beginner, there are opportunities to contribute your time and talents to our programs. We provide training and support for all volunteers to ensure a rewarding experience.

Campers will learn a variety of sewing skills, including basic hand stitching, machine sewing, reading patterns, fabric selection, and completing projects like tote bags, simple garments, and personalized crafts.

We maintain a low camper to instructor ratio, typically around 6:1, to ensure personalized attention and a supportive learning environment.

To ensure a focused learning environment, we have specific days set aside for parents to visit and see their children’s progress.

The cost of the camp will be provided upon inquiry. We offer early bird discounts, sibling discounts, and a limited number of scholarships based on financial need.
